WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Hourly coaching sessions are focused working sessions where, together, we will discuss the outcomes you are looking for and actively dive in to problem solving and deliverables.
The sessions are booked using my Calendly Link and calls are performed on Zoom.
All of the work takes place on the call and I am mindful of our time to make sure we get down to business quickly and get the most out of the sessions. There is no pre-work or follow up included in these sessions and they are booked first-come-first-served based on calendar availability at the time of your booking.
WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?
The fee for the 1 hour one-on-one coaching call is $245 USD, payable at the time of booking.
WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT AFTER BOOKING YOUR CALL?
You will receive a confirmation email from Calendly to add the event to your calendar. You will get a second reminder 24hrs before your scheduled session, and a final email reminder 1 hour before we start. All calls are done via Zoom video calling with screen sharing.
WILL I NEED ACCESS TO YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE OR AD ACCOUNT?
I do not require access to your Facebook Page or Ad Account. With our ability to screen share with Zoom, I will walk you through sharing your screen and walking through your account together.
HOW DO YOU RESCHEDULE?
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking via Calendly. Use the reschedule link provided in that email to choose a different time. Calls can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the call.
HOW DO YOU CANCEL?
Calls are non-refundable, but you are eligible to reschedule up to 24hrs before the call, and you can rebook up to 90 days from the original date of booking.
CAN YOU PAY USING A CREDIT CARD INSTEAD OF PAYPAL?
After booking your call, you will be directed to a PayPal payment form. You can typically check out as a guest or apply any credit card for payment through PayPal. However, if you need an alternate method of payment, please contact me on Messenger to make arrangements at m.me/thedigitalgal
DO YOU NEED ANY HELP WITH ZOOM?
All calls are done via Zoom video calling with screen sharing. You do not have to have your camera on if you prefer to do the call without being on video. I don’t access your computer and you are in full control. I help you quickly and easily navigate to where we need to go.

TIP: Have a pair of headphones ready to prevent audio feedback.
HOW DO YOU ACCESS FACEBOOK SUPPORT?
If you feel your issue requires direct Facebook support, you can use this link https://www.facebook.com/business/help and halfway down you should see a Get Started button for added support which will allow you to open a chat with FB support.

Do You Really Need Consulting Services?
Before you schedule a 1-on-1 call with me, let's consider if you really need consulting services.
I'm more than happy to provide consulting services if that's what you truly need. However, for 90% of people, the Swift Kick in the Ads program is likely to get you there faster.
